This system is intended for academic support and counseling purposes only. Users are expected to:

• Respect the schedule and availability of counselors.
• Use appropriate language in all communications.

4. Data Collection

We collect personal data (Name, ID, Course, etc.) solely for the purpose of providing counseling services and generating required reports for the Apayao State College Guidance Office.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

6. Disciplinary Action

Misuse of the system, including harassment of counselors or other students, will result in account suspension and disciplinary action.
